Morning Movement & Wellness with Pegcity Steppers

Begin your Saturday with a session dedicated to vitality, rhythm and communal bonding. Led by Pegcity Steppers, this uplifting gathering welcomes delegates and residents of every ability to participate at a comfortable pace in a supportive, inclusive setting. A collective warm-up leads into a low-barrier circuit of bodyweight exercises, followed by mobility work, mindful stretching and quiet reflection. Set to a vibrant soundtrack, the session emphasizes health as a pillar of collective resilience and creates an informal space to build relationships through movement.

Patio 340 Closing Party by Centre culturel franco-manitobain (CCFM)

The summer season ends on a high note with a festive evening celebrating diversity, creativity and community connection. Kelly Bado will share music that transcends cultures and unites people in joy and hope. The Trois Mousquetaires — Antonio, Leonardo and Pablo Tapia-Tétreault — will bring an energetic rock performance, while Michline Marchidon will delight the audience with bold and humorous storytelling.
